The organizing team may change, suspend, or remove features, pages, or access at any time where reasonably necessary for operations, security, or conference administration.

Public browsing of the website is open to general users. Access to My GALMUN is restricted to invited, approved, or otherwise authorized participants and organizers.

You are responsible for using accurate information when you apply, sign in, or communicate with the organizing team. You must not attempt to access accounts or areas that have not been authorized for you.

We may suspend, limit, or revoke access to participant accounts where necessary for security, operational, disciplinary, or administrative reasons.

Submitting an application through this website does not guarantee acceptance or participation in GALMUN 2026.

Conference-specific rules, payment conditions, participant conduct expectations, and event procedures may be communicated separately through application materials, payment instructions, conference policies, or official participant communications. Those conference-specific rules continue to apply in addition to these website Terms.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape restricted content, or use the website in a way that could harm participants, organizers, or third parties.

You must not use My GALMUN credentials or sign-in options for anyone other than yourself unless the organizing team has expressly authorized another arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, GALMUN branding, text, graphics, images, study materials, and other content made available through the website are owned by or used with permission by the GALMUN organizing team.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit website content beyond normal personal and informational use without prior permission.

The website may rely on third-party services or link to third-party platforms such as authentication providers, social media platforms, email tools, or infrastructure providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
